Building a
Team

About: “If only I had MORE HELP!” Recruiting and keeping a team is perhaps the most challenging piece to an effective youth ministry puzzle. Knowing who you need, what you need, and how to find those people is almost as hard as figuring out what to do with them once you have them. Join us for this ten week online course that will feature crucial guiding principles in how to build and keep a ministry team, which will increase the impact on the youth God has called you to minister to effectively. Additionally, each student will receive five hours of one-on-one coaching designed to help you in your specific ministry context.

Practical
Application

About: So many questions, so little time! How do I: Deal with parents? Prepare a budget? Develop Small Groups? Get along with my Senior Pastor/The Board? Additionally, you will receive five hours of one-on-one coaching designed to help you in your specific ministry context.
